We will do our best to insure you receive your order on time and in the best possible condition. By utilizing 2nd Day or Overnight Delivery Services provided by UPS, we are able to track our shipments and provide you with that information, if need be.*

Also, please note, while we make every effort to have all sizes and flavors available at all times, fulfillment of orders is subject to the availability of product at the time of order.  If, for some reason, an item you order is not available, you will be contacted so that we can arrange for an alternative item or delayed shipment.

If you choose 2nd Day Delivery, our standard shipping days are Monday through Wednesday and the following applies:

• Orders received Saturday through Wednesdays will be shipped with in 48 hours of order.
• Orders received Thursday and Friday  will be shipped the following week.
• Overnight Service is also available for additional charges. Opting for the Overnight Service extends our shipping days through 3pm on Thursday

All of our cakes are handmade in the shop kitchen. After coming out of the oven, they are shrink-wrapped and frozen in order to maintain quality and freshness. The date on which they are shrink-wrapped is stamped onto the bottom of the cake round.

Your cake will be shipped frozen and packed in a custom-fabricated, insulated, CFC-Free EPS (expanded polystyrene) container which is recyclable. A re-usable iceberg block is included to keep the cake temperature appropriately cold while in transit and Styrofoam peanuts are used to fill any empty space within the container.

Once your cake arrives, please be sure to either re-freeze or refrigerate – it is, after all, perishable. It will keep, tightly wrapped, in the freezer for up to three (3) months or in the refrigerator for up to one (1) week.
